The Gender Equality in Employment Index 2021
Ekium has been involved for several years in actions in favour of diversity and gender equality.
We are convinced that gender diversity is a strong asset and encourages innovation and creativity.
To promote this gender mix, the EKILIBRE network dedicated to gender equality was created to germinate ideas and implement actions.
In the context of the Professional Equality Index for Women and Men, Ekium obtained a score of
- 38/40 for pay gaps
- 15/15 for promotion rates
The indicator for the number of employees of the under-represented gender among the highest paid employees is 0/10. This is due to the still low share of women in our workforce. We hope that our efforts to increase the number of women and train our staff will soon result in an increase in this indicator.
