“EKIUM is convinced that mixing is a real asset for its performance. In an environment that has historically been very male-dominated, the proportion of women at EKIUM has almost doubled in 10 years.
For the year 2020, EKIUM obtained a score of 79 out of 100 on the Gender Equality Index, which reflects the absence of wage discrimination and career development between men and women in the company. The score for the pay gap is almost perfect: 39 out of 40.
Our ambition is to continue to make progress on the subjects of gender mix and professional equality between women and men. Among other things, we want to increase the proportion of women in the workforce, particularly in management. »
