Arkema Lannemezan: Ekium participates in the 2021 technical shutdown

Arkema has a plant at Lannemezan, which will be shut down for five weeks in April 2021.

The purpose of the shutdown is to carry out regulatory work, maintenance work and investment projects on all the units at the Arkema Lannemezan plant, while complying with safety, planning and cost criteria.

The shutdown is based on periodic inspections of the installations, as the pressure equipment is subject to regulations.

Ekium carried out the Electricity, Automation, Instrumentation service – 18 months

  • Participation in the definition of the LUT (Unique Work List)
  • Preparation of work schedules
  • Participation in the safety test strategy
  • Preparation, consultation, technical comparison of work services
  • Participation in drawing up the schedule
  • Preparation of work permits
  • Technical assistance during the work phase and restarting of units
  • Participation in the end-of-shutdown feedback
