Who we are
A local presence in the image of the Capital, dynamic and heterogeneous since its creation. Ekium has been referenced under a framework contract for many years with the main industrial groups EDF, Total, Arkema, Sanofi, Air Liquide, CEA, GRTgaz, etc. We are continuing our development with our new partnerships with Engie, Storengy, Seqens, CPCU, RATP, RTE for engineering, works supervision and industrial maintenance services. Our multidisciplinary teams, Technicians, Engineers, Project Managers, remain mobilized to respond to your consultations.

Implementation of a turnkey Building Management System for comfort management in the office and shop areas.
Afin de satisfaire aux exigences d’Alteo et de répondre aux enjeux du projet, Ekium a mobilisé :
- Une équipe en front office de 9 techniciens dont des experts en manutention continue, pour réaliser les études d’implantation, relevés, …
- Des équipes en back office, spécialisées notamment en Charpente, Génie Civil, Tuyauterie, pour réaliser les notes de calculs (Mécanique, Charpente, Génie-Civil, Pompes) et les plans de certains ouvrages.

Renovation of the BMS (Building management system) with replacement of the office comfort controllers in occupied environments and replacement of all the HVAC (heating, ventilation and air-conditioning) controllers.
