TORAY

The Abidos plant is increasing its production capacity from 5,000 to 6,000 tonnes a year to meet growing demand from the aerospace, defense, nuclear, satellite and automotive markets. Ekium is responsible for the complete engineering of this 6th production line, from preparatory studies to site supervision, including detailed design and purchasing assistance.

SAIPOL

Following the fire at its esterification unit in 2024, Saipol asked Ekium to carry out a Preliminary Design study, with the aim of studying two specific scenarios for rebuilding the unit, while integrating the dismantling phases and the possibility of recovering as many existing elements as possible.

SOGARA

Ekium advises and supports the refining company in the general organization and disciplines, and also acts as PMC (Project Management Consultant) for the FEED studies of both the brownfield and greenfield parts of the project.

CONSTELLIUM

Construction of a new recycling and casting center to increase aluminum plate production capacity, diversify recycling processes and increase the site's recycling capacity. The project includes the installation of a preparation line, melting furnaces and a casting machine, as well as the construction of associated infrastructures.

Ekium is SOGARA's PMC for two FEEDs currently deployed in parallel. This support makes it possible to control the activity of the engineering team in charge over a volume of around 420,000 hours.
