Founded in 2002, Scitech provides pharmaceutical design and qualification consulting services, as well as qualification and validation services for high value-added manufacturing, research, emerging technologies and highly regulated industries, including pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences and radiopharmaceutical industries.
Scitech has a multidisciplinary team with experience in cell and gene therapy and animal health, to name but a few. Scitech officially launched construction of the new HRPD-X facility at the ISIS neutron and muon source, based at the Rutherford Appleton Laboratory in Oxfordshire, marking an important milestone in the UK’s scientific infrastructure.
The event celebrated the start of construction of Building R132, which will house the upgraded High Resolution Powder Diffraction instrument (HRPD-X), one of the most advanced tools for studying atomic structures and material properties.
Construction is underway, with installation of the new instrument scheduled for late summer 2026.
