Bonduelle – Management of production lines of canned/fresh/frozen products

A French firm specialised in the industrial transformation of vegetables, has entrusted us with the task of developing production line control systems for several sites in order to guarantee:

  • Better control over production costs through the collection of strategic data,
  • Improved performance at each stage of production,
  • Better control over energy costs

This interface between the industrial tool and the information system enables real-time monitoring of the production; it is a true reporting and analysis tool that contributes to the competitiveness of the industrial giant. On some sites, we have also assisted in the supervision of cold production facilities (Centralised Technical Management). The project defines the system and structure to be implemented in order to manage, measure and control the performance of production lines, to meet the requirements of the clients and the Group. The project involves the manufacturing processes, logistics, and storage.

Our services relate to the distributed control system package (design, functional specifications and conceptual specifications) :

  • Development: Databases, HMI imaging, Analysis (OEE, Downtime), Revenue Management, Energy moitoring, ERP interface, Postpone WEB and TV,
  • Applications testing
  • Installation and commissioning.
